(Nasdaq: BLMZ) today announced that it received a Staff Determination Letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on December 8, 2025, notifying the Company that it had not regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) within the applicable compliance period.
The Company has filed a Report on Form 6-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission disclosing receipt of the determination letter.
