London, England Aug 20, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - Charlie Freeman, known professionally as FREE/MAN, is set to release his highly anticipated second album, Gift In The Shadows, in late 2025, following the upcoming Reconnection EP. The London-based singer-songwriter has built a strong following with his heartfelt acoustic alt-soul/rock sound that explores themes of truth, love, freedom, and spiritual connection.
Charlies musical journey began at age 19, picking up the guitar in difficult times during his father's illness and using the instrument as a source of comfort and healing. "The Hook," a comedy-drama about a dysfunctional family rock band, is set for release in 2026, with Charlie playing lead character Creamore in a redemption story from jail to freedom. A follow-up project, "NEON SOUP," exploring themes of ego, id, and superconsciousness, begins filming in late 2025.
